Things are still looking good
Hello all,
The appointments today were totally uneventful. The fluid levels were normal, and everyone looked good. All my tests had come back normal as well so no diabetes or pre-eclampsia or anything like that. Even my blood pressure was a bit lower (see previous post about the rocking chair :) ). I am happy to have so little to say on the matter.
Our main excitement for the day was that our new hotel only has a limited number of parking spaces. We got one yesterday, but not today. Luckily our Boston experience allowed us to take advantage of the weekly street cleaning, where all the cars have to leave one side of the street while the ticket man and the sweeper go by. After they leave, there's a free-for-all to get a good spot for a whole week (provided you don't ever move your car). Due to his quick moves and Boston-grown cut-throat competitiveness, Jon scored a premium spot right outside the inn. So the car is safe and sound and parked for free until our appointments on Friday, and in the meanwhile we'll just waddle around to the local restaurants, which was what we were going to do anyway.
Keep your fingers crossed for the going home message on Friday!
Courtney
